How to install DSL

I have an againg computer about 4 years old and i would like to install the latest version/flavour of DSL onto it. Trouble is i haven't got a clue how to do it. Was hoping that i might get some help here. Thanks

Thanks for the link to the tutorial arochester. I think option 2 is the easiest way for me to go.
